How to dodge Mist Kings one shot?

i already lost 3 Strongsholds because of that. Purple circle under me and after 3 secs im dead. everyone is just saying kill him fast but i cant kill him faster.

Purple circle = you need to keep moving, you cannot stop
Red circle = you need to stand still, you cannot move (still can use things like frstoblink, flame dash to move) |
