Very high ping only on some maps or hideout

Hi,
I have extreme ping latency issues only on some maps.
Normally i have a ping of 20-30ms, but the moment i step into some maps, the ping will spike to 20-30k ms and the game becomes unplayable. If i can manage to leave the map again by portal the ping will instantly be 20-30ms again until i go back into this exact map. Sometimes i have the same problem with my hideout.
I have already seen a lot of posts of people with the same problem on here and Reddit, but couldn't find a solution. This happens on about 2 maps an hour. I have used WinMTR on a map with this problem and copied the result here:
