Raise Spectre of Transience disapears when moving zones

So, i've been using Raise Spectre of Transience skill gem and the spectres kept disappearing 1 by 1 when moving zones, is not a problem of time (they have a 30 sec duration) even if i raise it just before moving to another zone 1 disappear, if i move back to the last zone, another one disappears.

i submmited a /debug.
