Divination card challenge bugged

I have tried completing the Divined Destiny challenge, but when I turned in "The Rite of Elements" card, which gives me a level 21 gem, I did not get the thing for that part.
I still need to turn in one more, maybe it's just a visual bug, and I will get it once I do one more but I'm not sure.

the same happened to me, that challenge is bugged, not even /recheck achievements is working

Use any of the 23 quality div card turn-ins instead.

Do not try again with the same card set, it will not work no matter how many times you tried. Cause I did that....

You can try any other card sets that give level 21 gem or quality 23 gem, refer to the league challenges guide on the net as they will always highlight all the easiest way to complete these challenges.
