Tried open safehouse in map, not enough room
 So I had 2 out of 3 done juns in map and couldn't go to the research area since I needed to complete a safehouse. Tried to open the one near fortification but ofc got the error saying I had not enough room for portals to open. However the Investigation Jun also teleported to the same spot so they both give me this error. Why would that Jun teleport to the spot when I tried to open it? you can't do that. Even you opened portals to research safehouse, the map instance before it, cannot be changed so that you always have 2 encounters and not able to access the research one, when the safehouse is ready
