level 83 4 wing 100+% quant blueprint challenge not completing

I just did a 4-wing 119% increased quant level 83 blueprint and did not receive the challenge completion for it. Screenshot attached from when I was in the middle of it. The blueprint dropped as a fully revealed one if that might have made a difference?
