Blade Blast of Dagger Detonation + Spell Totem Not Casting Around the Totem

This skill is supposed to be a nova skill, and it is supposed to be centered around the caster. However, when you link it to spell totem, it casts the spell upon enemies in range (instead of being centered around the totem).

Essentially this is a bug because players would not need to wear an Astral Projector to gain this effect properly.
