Help with tips on crimson township boss

I'm finally starting to clear the atlas this league. I'm hard stuck on this boss.

Should I leave it alone until geared and can smash it, as the game is supposed to be played?

I can not kill the boss in the first two seconds of it being targetable so that is not an option.

Is there a pattern to the stuff on the floor so it can be avoided?

Last league I played, it was the same issue but it was tier 14 or so and someone with a bossing character helped me. The rest of that league I didn't run the map.

Probably the clone killing you if it seems unavoidable. The pantheon that reduces physical damage taken over time while moving could help.

If you don't have dps to oneshot it, go slowly and kill the summons as soon as they appear. Because they appear when boss health is down to new threshold, meaning you will always be overpowered if try to still focus on main boss.

It is the only boss in the game which actually punishes players for damaging it too fast :)
