Skill: Penance Brand of Dissipation

Issue: When i have 2 brands on one target my brands dont gain Energy and do less damage than when i just have a single brand on the target. This is a pure single target situation, no jumping involved.

2 brands, they gain no energy, the AoE stays small.
1 Brand, It gains energy, the damage and AoE increases.
