Death attunement help

Hi everyone, I anointed my amulet with Death attunement but I did not get the extra spectre. Note that I don't have that on my tree, until I anointed. Thanks!

Disregard, I have 3 spectres now but the gem shows it as a max of 2. Which is odd.
