Replica dragonfang for fire trap?

is this worth using or would a rare with +1 to fire skill gems be better? on poe ninja most ppl just use a rare. i thought 3 extra levels and mana reservation efficiency would be better ?

also why is defiance of destiny so cheap? last league it was multiple divines now its under 50c. was it nerfed?

I think the impending doom users were using that, iirc impending doom got nerfed in 3.23 perhaps that's why.

Or its core drop pool now maybe reduced its price.
