Soulrend of the Spiral - Not as advertised

Soulrend of the Spiral clearly says "Fires a series of projectiles in a spiral that turn towards enemies in front of them".
These projectiles aren't firing in a spiral, they are firing in a sequential NOVA. I was literally expecting a spectral helix style soulrend here. If we wanted a nova Soulrend, we would likely use either sire of shards or black zenith, tho neither of those scale the dot. So would greatly appreciate if this was fixed to be a Spiral like spectral helix rather than a sequential nova...... "Fires in a spiral" is not "travels in a spiral". Vaal Fireball does the former, you should've looked to it as a reference, not to helix.

A little bit of a tangent. I panned on using soul rend of reaping expecting it to behave as normal one but with dot damage converted to hit. 60 level ups later figured it does not work that way. Fault was mine for not testing it prior but still got severely disappointed seeing that it does not track, does not pierce and what kills it is it's god awful spread when used with extra projectiles. Cant really imagine it being used as a self cast, maybe mines or smth. Well it sort of okey with volley support, but i dont really like it either.

" I had intended to use it with totems, imagining the soulrend spinning around the player outwards. It doesn't have nearly enough projectiles to be used like vaal fireball, so it's just BAD. They also don't track properly despite it saying it "turns towards" enemies in front of them. Was very much not expecting them to attempt vaal fireball style, the skill really doesn't play to that strength and even my guild mates when I showed them how it actually functioned just straight said "ew".
