Constrictor bug - disappears

Minor / rather annoying problem. The constrictor elder guardian during the last phase can disappear to the previous island that he was on and become inaccessible. Re-zoning puts you on the third island, while he's back on the island meant for phase 2. I think his ability where he turns into pods can sometimes target the other island for his true location to reappear. I don't know exactly what triggered him to go back there, but I'm certain he did return to island #2.

I am certain he went to the other island (phase 2) because my warden asc. "Detect Evil" put a large amount of orange boss icons on the previous island for the clones.

I'm having same problem. OUtside mobs on islands just shooting poison but guardian nowhere to be found. so lame.
