Catha's Callous Conflict Challenge Not Working

I just defeated The Incarnation of Aghony without gaining more than 5 Aura of Death stacks. I did not receive any challenge completion for it. I never went above 4 stacks. I did not receive a message after beating the boss stating that I failed either (this message works fine becasue I DID fail my first time fighting it).

EDIT: "Defeat a Map Boss affected by at least two Wisp types" is also not completable. I just killled the Academy map boss affected by THREE wisp types and still was not given completion.

Academy is a tier 5 map this league. Unless you were using a higher tier version to reach the challenge's required area level of 78 (tier 11)?
