Ultimatum boss buffed by league mechanic

I think it's wrong that the League mechanic (Afliction) buffs ultimatum after wave 10.
It definitely doesn't fit with the concept of the location changing and the boss just becoming invulnerable to any build. I even had a party with aurabot+carry+cursebot - and they failed.
