Vendor recipe on gem +20 quality bug

I have 5 gems with 20 lvl (maybe more) that don`t want accept their fate to become lvl 1 with 20 quality.
Here is screen shot`s of 5 gems molten shell, purity of elements, flammability, explosive arrow, summon ice golem... Update`s for another gems was fine...   Last bumped on Dec 13, 2023, 2:30:29 AM

But as I understand it`s for "Transfigured Gems" according to the section where it was published.
And they are not "transfigured skill gems". |
