Lightning Tendrils of Eccentricity on Totems NOT casting when only big AoE Pulse would hit

Hey,

it seems that the new Lightning Tendril Skill of Eccentricity doesnt really work with Totems in terms of targeting.
My Totems appear to NOT cast the skill when only the bigger Pulse would hit but the smaller one dont.

With the 150% more AoE Multi thats a rather noticable distance of useless Totems even on leveling.
I imagine it must feel even worse with investment.

I hope this is a bug and not intended Design as it would kinda kill that skill for Totem Playstyle.
