Inspired Learning interacts detrimentally with 'Headhunter' Tincture

If you use a Tincture with 'of the Hunt' suffix or similar ie. "Killing Blows against Rare Monsters have an #% chance to grant one of their modifiers for 60 seconds' to gain a buff

and then Inspired Learning kills a different monster with the same buff, then you will lose the Tincture version of the buff in favour of Inspired Learning refreshing it, even if the Tincture has more than 20 seconds remaining.

I think this precedent is similar to using IL with HH but there's no reason to do that normally because HH takes all buffs so nobody would use IL with HH. Here though there is pretty good reason to use IL + Tincture
