Ultimatum Atlas skill point not working

Hi i try to use this ultimatum point [STAND YOUR GROUND], but is not working he dont close the circle and dont drop the reward

It is working fine for me, every round circle gets a little smaller. Reward thing is not something you can just notice like that, it means 'if you are in round X, you get rewards as if you are in round X+1.

Wait, does that mean that you begin the Ultimatum is if in round 2 ? So for example you get catalysts 1 round earlier throughout the encounter?

Yes, it's more noticeable on the quantity of currencies. I tested some earlier with Gilded Ultimatum scarabs for combined 2 rounds earlier and saw much higher quantity of catalysts earlier than usual. But the rounds were significantly harder so I went back to casually farming with Wandering Path.
