Delve portal microtransaction not displaying properly

A few years back I have purchased the Delve supporter pack, which contained portal microtransaction. Until Affliction the microtransaction was displaying correctly. In 3.23 however it is not working. I gave it a few days to check if it will come back as some fixes were deployed, but it did not.
