Rotgut not working with Ralakesh

Rotgut isn't giving onslaught when used with Ralakesh even though it doesn't need to consume charges to give onslaught. The onslaught is per frenzy charge you have.

You don't have charges, it's just count that you have maximum charges.

GGG stated, "For most purposes, it's the same as actually having maximum charges. You'll gain the inherent stats granted by charges, anything that gives you stats per charge will behave as if you had maximum charges, and so forth." Pretty sure there's a bug here.

Rotgut's Gain Onslaught for 3 seconds per Frenzy Charge on use is worded like other "per charge" stats, which work with Ralakesh boots. It may function differently under the hood though, in this case the wording should be adjusted.
Bump
bump same issue here
I was also going to report it as I had just dropped Ralakesh in SSF and tested it with Rotgut and was a little disappointed to find that it doesn't work, even though it should, here is my arguement as to why:

Rotgut Quicksilver Flask has 2 separate lines:
"Consumes Charges on Use"
and "Gain Onslaught for 3 Seconds per Frenzy Charge On Use"

the first line simply removes your charges, with no benefits per charge

the second line however, states that you gain Onslaught per charge on use. 'not' onslaught per charge removed

It specifically does 'not' state, something along the lines of:
"Gain 3 Seconds of Onslaught per Frenzy Charge Removed" like some other skills with similar functions state, that rightly do not work with Ralakesh.

another point to this is that as someone mentioned in a reply, that Rotgut works with minimum charges, had it been the case that it had the function "3 seconds per charge removed" then this would explicitly not work. Or maybe this is a bug, i dunno.

anyhow, I just wanted to reply to bring this issue upwards, I'm not mad or anything and hope for the best, onslaught will buff my character :)
Same issue. Figure it should work for the same reasons OP does.
it literally says consumes charges on use. can't work with the boots because you can't remove the charges so it can't consume
The consuming of charges has nothing to do with Onslaught being given, it only needs the user to have Frenzy Charges when used.

It worked with the old Ralakesh Impatience that way as well, you'd gain Onslaught based on the Minimum Charges you had and would lose none of them.

The wording makes it seem to me that one should get Onslaught, even with the new version as we "technically" have Frenzy Charges at the time of using Rotgut.
