Altantis Portal Effect Bug

The Atlantis portal is currently bugged in my Hideout. The inner section of one side - the side facing inwards toward the Map Device - is pixelated and has stopped animating. It appears fine in maps, it's just in the Hideout the problem happens. It didn't do this initially, but it has since bugged, and nothing I do on my side fixes it.
