Wisp Empowered Bosses with Multiple Forms are Fully Healed & can have different Wisps

Title.

A couple examples I've come across:

Abberath in Summit Map. First phase had primal and wild wisps on them. Second phase was fully healed (should be half health) and only had wild wisp.

Act 9 Doedre in Sepulchre Map. First phase had wild wisp on her. When she changed into Act 4 Doedre, she was fully healed (should have retained the damage on her) and she had primal wisp.

Malachai in Core Map. Can't remember the specific colors, but first phase had two wisps on him. Second phase was fully healed (which is supposed to happen), but he lost a wisp.
