Blight map drops bugged?

Hello,

I seem to have an issue with blight maps not dropping for me. I am 80/115 on my atlas and level 90 character. I am heavily specced into blight on my atlas passives (including 80% more chance to drop) and have had 0 maps drop so far this league. Everyone I play with has them drop but I have 0.

I have had 3 maps drop but only when I do blights in Kirac Missions. My "normal mapping" has dropped 0 all league.

I have tested loot filter - no issue.
I have used blight map craft on map device - no drops
Normal blight encounters in normal mapping - no drops

I encounter a blight in almost all maps since I have such a high chance and all content blocked except blight, harvest, expedition.

It's really bricking my league as that is my heaviest investment on atlas tree.


Edit: also have had 0 blight ravaged drops but that sample size is small (as i only bought 10 blight maps to run).


EDIT 2: SO blight maps are finally starting to drop. Two things happened in the first map that they just dropped in and I am thinking one of the two is the trigger.

1) The challenge "Bizarre Blights" completed. I am not sure if it was the 50 bosses one because that should have been done a while ago.

2) I clicked on an exarch altar that duplicated maps( first time using this shrine in the league). Then two blight maps dropped from that maps blight encounter.

I don't know if the challenge was bugging it or if the altar "Enabled" it. I am thinking it was the challenge as I got more blight map drops in the map following with no Exarch altars at all.

If I had to bet it was something with the Bizarre blight challenge that bugged me out. The minute it procced as being complete (I assume the 50 bosses as I had done many more than 30 blights) all of a sudden its raining blight maps after having 0 for 90 levels and many many maps both natural and forced with bench craft.

Edit 3: Been getting 2 to 3 blight maps every time now (as it should be). DEF the challenge is bugged.

I have also tried Favoring different maps and removing all favorited maps. No change.

I was thinking that after 100 maps... but then after hundreds... with forced blight crafts... and encountering them in most of my maps naturally.

Statistically impossible. I have either made a mistake somewhere on the tree or I am bugged.
