Things that are annoying about the Viridian Wildwood

- Unclear why sometimes the Wildwood ends out of nowhere when not moving into unexplored territory.

- Whisp suction radius not long enough, forcing you to backtrack after you finish the zone, to pick up missing large clusters. Especially bad when there were "forks in the road".

- No map revealing makes it just plain annoying to know where you've been and where you're going. This is presumably intended but it's degenerate unfun gameplay.

- NPC's and clearings not appearing on a map once discovered. Makes it tedious finding your way back to them.

- Because nearby whisps get sucked in, when you stop and engage monsters, once you're done, you don't know which direction you were headed and there are no whisps to indicate direction.

- "Darkness" is too tight around the player, you don't see monsters until they are on top of you. No time to engage with a totem or anything, you're just on top of them.

- Whisps in the "darkness" that have already been picked up and no longer provide anything, are still visually displayed at the edges. Bug when the encounter is over? It animates like you're suctioning, but gives you nothing. Note this is while you can still gain whisps elsewhere.

- The scarab aura is the ~same color as blue whisps.

- Once the Wildwood "ends", you can still coax monsters out of the darkness. Just lock everything completely.


Edit for additions:

- Having no obvious indicator/clue at any time how close or how far you are from running out of "light".

- After you've paused to click a bunch of chests or w/e and then resuming, you have no idea where to go. The bigger problem is that more often than not, the result is that the encounter ends fairly quickly after this, even if you hardly touch any darkness. Really frustrating. Seems like there might be a "time"-gated mechanic of some sort, despite it not having one? Either way, whatever is going on it's, again, annoying.
