Perfect Forest Warrior loses Onslaught on allies when changing instance and coming back

Perfect Forest Warrior gives a buff of Onslaught to himself and allies, this works for new instances, such as maps and etc, but whenever you leave the instance, Onslaught is lost and never recovered for that opened instance

I can confirm.
