Ultimatum Ruin How do i Avoid it?

So I been testing out Ultimatum in Standard and Ruin from what I can tell seams random. I can't tell what monster has it at the time due to monster clutter, there is way to many enemies for me to see where it is.

I have tried just Whirlblading around, sometimes it works but other times I instantly get like 5+ ruin at once out of nowhere even thou i keep moving.

Any suggestions?

I too would like to know whats going on with it.

It needs to be removed from Ultimatum.
Or have a way to turn it of in the atlas tree.
