Taking Reflect Damage despite reduction greater than 100%

I've entered a map, Core (Tier 2), with the mod "Monsters reflect 13% of Physical Damage." My character deals exclusively Physical Damage (Brutality Support), but I should have immunity to reflect damage as I am using the Yugul Pantheon power "You and your Minions take 50% reduced Reflected Damage" and the Physical Mastery "60% reduced Physical Damage taken."
Despite this immunity, I am still dying to reflect damage, so unless I'm misunderstanding the interaction between these two sources, this is bugged, but I haven't seen any other threads mentioning it. I also tested with as many portals as I had left that this was the exact issue and it is undoubtedly reflect damage that was killing me. The map's modifiers are: Monsters reflect 13% of Physical Damage Area has patches of Consecrated Ground Monsters have a 20% chance to avoid Poison, Impale, and Bleeding Monsters have +30% chance to Suppress Spell Damage Last bumped on Dec 10, 2023, 7:41:47 AM

Sources of increased damage taken (like shock) can make your reflected damage taken reduction dip below 100%
