Master of a Million faces - No skill book

I completed the A7 quest "Master of a Million faces" and something happened with the skill book, it never went into my inventory.

Now Eramir has the dialogue option for Ralakesh saying I deserve a reward for my efforts but he's not giving the skill book.

Am I just screwed out of 1 skill point or can someone help?

I found the book, it went into my Primalist rucksack
