Bug with +1 to minimum power charges

I don't know where you guys went to school, but I learnt that 4 + 1 = 5.
Not sure why PoE gets it into 4.

Anyone care to explain?

Please either fix the bug or fix the description so that it makes sense.

I assume it's because my maximum power charges is 4. But I'd argue that minimum power charges would override that.

Max does indeed over ride minimum. Its working as intended.

Then to make the game a beginner friendly game, the devs should probably spend 20 minutes harnessing a description that explains this.

This will never be a beginner friendly game.
