All Damage can shock tincture doesnt show icon on enemies / work

I have coated blade speced and have all damage cant shock tincutre but it doesnt show the shock debuff on enemies.
My tincture in flask slot is toggled Last bumped on Dec 9, 2023, 11:50:38 AM

It allows your weapon to shock with all damage (not only lightning). Now you need to get % chance to shock or deal a crit to apply shock.
