Consecrated Path of endurance + totem

Hello, i'm currently playing a jugg with consecrated path totem,

I wanted to build with the new gem consecrated path of endurance, and stack totems, endurance charge and take benefits with the new gem.

Unfortunately, when i'm building with consecrated path of endurance with earthbreaker support, the attack speed of my totems are insanely low,

On the gem it's about 0,7 attacks/seconds, but in reality its like 1 attack every one second or more.

With the normal gem (consecrated path + earthbreaker support) everything works well

if i change the consecrated with the consecrated path of endurance, i have no attack speed.

That kind of hints at the cooldown taking effect considering they have the same APS. Does endurance charges noticeably change CP of Endurance's AoE for totems?

The cooldown is taking effect. The totems benefit from your stats but do not use your charges.
