Perfect Spirit of Fortune spectre's Wrath aura not showing a damage increase

Here's a short clip showing my own Wrath aura, vs walking in to range of my spectres aura.
The spectre is linked with Meatshield support, Minion Life support, and Elemental Army support. I am unsure if the lightning damage is lucky mod is bugged or not. tooltip is never reliable.....hard to tell the more spell damage is applied or not

" My problem is that my Wrath aura shows the tooltip going up on lightning conduit. I checked my default attack afterwards while standing in the spectres range and it was granted the flat added damage to attacks, it just seems like the % more damage to spells isnt being applied. If i walk into the spectres range with my Wrath aura activated, the spectre overwrites my aura with its own and I lose damage on my tooltip. |

Also having this issue. Is it a known bug or something? The wrath aura doesn't show any increase in spell damage.

Same, noticed this today. Wrath from Totem Spectre not giving any spell damage to my storm burst.
