Loading times are absurd, and when location finally loads half the objects are still missing

Had this issue last league. And here we go again. I assume it's goddamned shaders building up, and I'm kinda sick of it. At this point I would prefer to disable shaders altogether. Let the game look like shit. I don't care as long as it boosts performance.
