Enduring Cry not generating charges

I think enduring cry might be bugged... I'm not gaining any endurance charges even when using it right next to unique bosses. I don't have anything that lowers my endurance charge count but I am using the Call to Arms keystone if that matters.

I'm having the same issue, I think war cries aren't counting power for some reason? My war bringer berserker keystone is not giving rage either. It only started having this issue once I took cry of the wolf in the primalist tree. I'm gunna see if that is the issue.

I just swapped to the warden tree and my warcries are counting power as expected again. I'll make a separate thread for it.
