Who thought that the idea having a pet that makes music and sound in the town that all player can hear would be good in any way?
How I disable that sound, please Last edited by Ignalion#6209 on Dec 8, 2023, 11:18:59 PM Last bumped on Mar 30, 2024, 10:15:09 PM

+1
This is even more obnoxious than the many animals with repetitive high-pitched noises, because of how loud it is. PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.
Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build! And the winds will cry / and many men will die / and all the waves will bow down / to the Loreley |

+1 this goblin band noise IS the reason I am actively beginning to hate this game. Add a pet noise sound bar. So simple.

this subject again? imagine letting such trivial things bother you this much its fascinating seeing how overblown and hypersensative young people have become growing up with no real problems, little to no real friction and parents who coddled every tiny little sensitivity.
I mean sure they could put an option to disable such things in I guess. but I have to wonder what downstream effects we'll see catering to the hysteronics? Maybe this just emboldens even more hyper emotion over hyper trivial annoyances? At some point coddling this just enables more of it. Do you really want customers who go full nuclear over a sound effect? Pandering to players who don't want consequences for their mistakes is a perfect description of what went fundamentally wrong with D3 and 4.
If they wanted mindless mobile game time waster gameplay they sure did make some perplexing choices and marketing statements for 6 fucking years. |
