Save game settings in Geforce

Hi,
my computer is a potato so I use Geforce NOW to play PoE. Can't use Awkened Trade or other stuff but in my opinion that's a fair price to pay for my PC not catching on fire.
My question is, does anyone know if there is a way to save preferred game settings like keybinds without buying the highest membership tier on Geforce? A way to save these through steam or something?
