MTX graphical issue

How to fix the rectangular edges shown in the image?

I just bought the glimmerwood hideout and I am disappointed that I cannot seem to fix this issue.

In the display video it shows a full pit of spikes, same in people showing off their version of the hideout. However I did notice one or two vids where people had the same issue as me.

tried updating drivers, verifying integrity of game files, deleting graphics config file.
