Poe Client not downloading anything anymore

My Poe client is behaving weirdly. Yesterday I started it again and it started downloading the latest patches/content (around 4 GB of data). It did that for about 5-10 seconds and then stopped. The same behaviour occured when I restarted the client again, which I did like 20 times.

So now I have around 800 MB of data that still needs to download, but this time the download doesn't progress at all. It doesn't give me any kind of error or information about why the download fails. All it does when I start the client is:
1) Checking resources
2) Starting download (which stays at 0%, so no progress being made)
3) The client exits.

I opened the Client.txt file in the logs folder and I couldn't find any error messages in there either.

Any advice on how to solve this before leaguestart?
