How to download the league update a few hours/days earlier?

Hello, the next league will be published in our region around 10 o'clock.
Well, using the Internet during the day is expensive and the Internet at night is very, very cheap. And I want to download the new league tonight with the internet at night, otherwise tomorrow (the day) when the league will be released, I have to wait for several hours until nightfall and then download the new league!!!
