Eldritch monsters has a very small chance to spawn an Eldritch Altar upon death. Packs of these monsters appear on the map as you move along it. The Light of Dawn gives 50% chance to spawn Exarch altar when Eldritch monsters first time appear on map. (This first appearance also counts towards the Exarch counter)
