Ball Lightning of Static/Orbitting Additional Gem Information

How long does each Ball Lightning last?

Does it scale with increases to duration? If so why doesn't it have a Duration tag?

What is the hit rate of the skill? Is it the same as the original Ball Lightning?

Its just Ball Lightning that moves diffrently (or doesnt move at all). You scale it the same way, it hits the same way, it lasts the same.

Of Static was showed somewhere, it has 2 seconds lifetime, like a normal one. It doesn't scale with duration modifiers, that's why it doesn't have a Duration tag. Since it likely retains normal Ball Lightning properties, it zaps every 150 ms.

I feel like it should have the duration tag and a base duration like ALL the other orb skills (other than the inf. duration orb of storms)
