Holy Flame Totem - totem range bug

Holy Flame Totem range is supposed to be 10m according to ingame tooltip, but as we can see in this clip, it is even smaller than the regular 6m range:

HFT is the skill that introduces totem archetype for many, many players. Having it bugged and performing weirdly makes new player experience poor.
Could this bug get a look on? |

Hopefully GGG will notice this one too. HFT is the "first" totem new people get when they start. and they see it bugged. not a good sing guys... |
