Like, after 100 lab runs, you'll get 100 Zombie of Falling gems and only 1 Godly Righteous Fire of Pwnage?
Also, will Divine Fonts from different lab versions give different results regarding gems? (at least percentage-vise)

Not sure how you would expect to get a Righteous Fire Gem from upgrading a Zombie Gem?
You place the Gem you want in the Divine Font then choose an option to effect it.

From the live stream, there seem to be multiple options.
You can choose to transfigure to a random one of the same color. Guessing this is your only lame option on the first lab.
You can choose to "Transform a skill gem to be a random transfigured version". Would guess this is the option at the 2nd or maybe 3rd lab.
The second one seems like you put the exact skill in that you want changed and you get a variation of it.
If a gem has 2 transfigured versions, maybe means running lab 2-4 times if you arent lucky.
Not great, not terrible.

I take it not all options will be available each run.
So option "Transform a Skill Gem to be a random Transfigured version" will pop up how often?
Also, we see TIERS of options on this screenshot, three options of Tier I and one Tier V.
So I guess Tier V will give 30% xp but Tier IV 25%, Tier III 20% etc.
Or maybe Tier I will be available in all versions of Lab, Tier II - Cruel Lab and upward, etc., so Tier V options will be available only in Enriched lab.

Also, when changing a gem to a transfigured version, will you have equal probability to get any of possible variants, or maybe some variants will be rarer than others?
Like, you'll receive Godly Righteous Fire of Pwnage only 5% of times, and 95% will be some useless vendor crap?

it seems like the options/crafts you're offered are weighted rather than the skill gems.
so if you transform a gem into a random transf. version it's 1/number of outcomes but the option to transform a gem directly into it's transf. versions could have a 5% chance to spawn.
one of the crafts in the reveal allowed you to pick from 3 offered gems.

Yeah, maybe.
How rare will be the rarest of trans gems I wonder.
1 div? 10? 50?

I don't expect 1/0 transf. gems to be expensive, but the price of successfully corrupted versions will likely have a higher premium.
I'm curious how it all works bc I'm assuming unlike helm enchants where you'd need to run lab4 in order to get the t1 version you could just spam lab2 or 3s for the gems. how many more crafts will uber labs give etc?

Getting the transfigured gems you want sounds like it's meant to be fairly easy, and doable by just spam running t1 lab and picking that top option for a random gem of a certain color if you want. They didn't mention any sort of individual rarity when it was asked in the QA how hard they would be to get.
Higher tier labs make it even easier with direct upgrades to the gem you want, but the main point of the higher labs seems to be bonus craft options like increasing gem quality, level, or transforming a gem into an exceptional gem. Those are just the possible lab crafts they mentioned, there could be some other interesting things there as well.
