Do tincture s on weapons work with minions like morrow/blink arrow?

If I have a tincture on my weapon will it be applied to blink arrow and morrow arrow minions since they also use that weapon?

Is it though?
It says: Tinctures do not work on minions that are based on your weapon, such as Dancing Dervish. But the minions from blink arrow and mirror arrow are not based on your weapon. They just use your weapon and quiver |

I assume it works because of this line:
Tinctures will also work with remote skills that use your weapon, such as Ballistas and Blade Trap. |

"Blink/Mirror are minions so they likely dont fall under "remote skills". No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!
