Can corrupted gems be changed to transformed gems ?

Do not see in the patchnotes if corrupted gems can be changed in Lab to transfigured gem. All alternate gems will be changed to 'normal' gems, but if you can't change this ones to transfigured gems, many of the 21/0 to 21/23 gems are no more useful for some chars...

You do realize the new base gems aren't exactly crap right? The transfigures do new wacky things, they aren't necessarily stronger.
