Affliction Twitch Event drop still not showing up in game after claim

It's now been a day since the Affliction reveal, and I've still not recieved the Huntsman Wings, even though it says I've claimed it in my twitch reward collection. Is this a bug or a technical problem on my end?

I unlinked my twitch and poe account and relinked them and had the wings instantly after that
