Phase Run
Phase Run currently can't be used with Melee Skills because it removes all frenzy charges.
Explanation: Phase Run is supposed to buff Melee Damage. A cool interaction would be using this skill instead of Leap slam to prevent Tawhoa's Chosen from triggering on Leap Slam. Currently this doesn't work. The cooldown is too long and it removes all Frenzy charges. Phase run does not need duration (unless you are a no skill using summoner or bladevortex build). Thank you! and....it still functions correctly? The more multiplier for damage is way higher than you can get from frenzy charges. Plus you can get the frenzy charges back almost immediately and WHILE you have the physical damage buff lol.
Of course Phase Run needs duration! It's one of the best movement skills in the game BECAUSE of its duration, phasing, and speed. Without the duration buff, it would be almost useless. More duration = more overlap time with gaining back frenzy charges to full while also getting 30% more damage. I mean....the whole premise of this post is just totally inaccurate.
