50 point sale - Mystery Box missing

I've tried to purchase another in the 50 point sale and no free mystery box again? Is there something wrong on how I buy in in-game or possibility of a bug? I've emailed many times the support and no one is responding

Hey there, I've taken a look into this for you and it appears that you have already received your free mystery box from this promotion. Please be aware that you can only receive one mystery box total, as mentioned in the announcement post here:
