Twitch drops from previous events not showing up under rewards

i unlocked the sphinx wings from twitch drops awhile back and still haven't received them in game,my account is linked to twitch and i have claimed the drop yet they don't show up in-game.

anyone else have this issue and how do i fix it ?

it worked for the huntsman wing from today's live stream, but don't know if it will work for previous drops

ive tried that, the new wings showed up but not the old SPHINX ones.

I seemed to have the same problem and was composing an email to support, but then I clicked on the manage connection links for my account and clicked on the [view rewards] under twitch and at that moment I did see the huntsman wings show up, with the time of the click. Logging in to the game and I could now see them.

So one idea is to go check the rewards and see if that helps.
